What was the highlight of Pod Times Square
Second time staying here and I had no complaints.
The cheapest hotel in Times Square but it’s still very nice. Key card needed for elevator for extra safety. Rooms are clean and blocks noise extremely well. Staff are friendly.

What was the highlight of Pod Times Square
Perfectly compact space in the heart of Midtown.
Great location, just west of the main part of Times Square/Theater District and along the 9th Avenue corridor of restaurants - very walkable to everything in Midtown. Staff member (Sahar) was able to accommodate a very early check-in which allowed me to settle in and refresh before starting my weekend visit. I've stayed here before so I knew to expect a small room, but the space is well designed to fit a comfortable bed, chair, and bathroom.
Negative: More power outlets and drawers under the bed (instead of cubby spaces that would leave belongings on the floor) would be nice. The TV only received one local news channel and that was unexpected for such a modern designed space.

What was the highlight of Pod Times Square
Best location in Manhattan!
The location is simply incredible. Right by Times Square and the main subway stations, you can get anywhere in New York very quickly. From the Port Authority in the next block you can even get the Uber Shuttle to JFK for less than the train would cost. The hotel is modern and well designed. The room had a nice view and was comfortable, and was ready well before check in time. Staff were friendly.
Negative: For the first two nights we had problems with the hot water, which was not working. Therefore, could not shower in the first night, for the second they gave us keys to another room where the water was working.
